Water Supply Planning and Water Rights for Oil and Gas

BBA has assisted Encana Oil and Gas USA with the development of local water supplies in proximity to their oil and gas drilling operations, which has included the filing of new junior water rights and implementation of new water rights augmentation plans. BBA has completed the research and field investigations to help Encana plan for current and future surface water points of diversion, while preventing impacts to existing water rights.
