Water Rights and Water Supply

BBA assisted Roundup River Ranch, a camp for children with serious illnesses, with water rights planning and water supply development. BBA evaluated the water rights needed to support the level of development planned at the project and provided the technical support for the water right application and adjudication process. The overall water planning process included the identification and evaluation of the probable physical source of water supply and an analysis of the water rights needed to support the uninterrupted use of the water supply. BBA prepared an evaluation and plan to provide the camp’s water supply from wells and worked closely with the camp’s water attorneys to obtain a decree from Water Court. BBA completed a study of ground water potential and provided well design and consulting for the water supply well construction and testing.
