Luke W. Harris, Water Resource Engineer, received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University in May 2007. He is a registered Engineer in Training (EIT) in the State of Colorado. Mr. Harris' current duties include water rights evaluations, data analysis, monthly and annual accounting of water use, and historical use studies.
