Luke W. Harris, Water Resource Engineer, received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University in May 2007 and has completed graduate course work at Colorado State University and Colorado School of Mines. Mr. Harris is a registered Engineer-Intern (E.I.) in the State of Colorado. Mr. Harris’ current duties include surface water and ground water quantifications, water rights evaluations, data analysis, monthly and annual accounting of water use, historical use studies, water budget analysis, development of water augmentation and exchange plans, well pumping test analysis and well performance projections. Mr. Harris is an active member of the American Water Resources Association and the Colorado Ground Water Association.
