Ms. Keedy received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and completed a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on water resources at Colorado State University. Ms. Keedy’s thesis research evaluated the sensitivity of the Colorado River system to different hydrologic scenarios. Her duties include water rights evaluations, water supply modeling, data analyses, historical use studies, and field investigations. Ms. Keedy is a member of the American Water Resources Association.
