Julia Keedy,
Water Resources Engineer I
Ms. Keedy is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and will graduate from Colorado State University with a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering in the fall of 2006. Ms. Keedy's thesis research is an evaluation of the sensitivity of the Colorado River system to different hydrologic scenarios. Her duties include water rights evaluations, data analyses, historical use studies, and field investigations.
