Jeffrey A. Clark
Principal - Hydrologist

Mr. Clark has over 25 years experience in water resources engineering, planning and administration in Colorado. Mr. Clark manages various projects related to water supplies, water resources planning, water rights and hydrology. Prior to resuming a career in consulting, Mr. Clark worked for several municipal water providers where he gained extensive experience with water supply planning and management, water acquisitions, water facilities planning, water court activities, intergovernmental relations and contract negotiations. Mr. Clark has a B.S. Degree from Colorado State University in Watershed Science, with a concentration in planning and management. Mr. Clark has also completed advanced training courses in dispute resolution and consensus-building. Mr. Clark is a member and Past President of the Colorado Section of the American Water Resources Association. Mr. Clark lives near Parker, CO, with his wife and three children. When not working, he enjoys skiing, boating, camping and the occasional Jimmy Buffet concert.
