Jeffrey A. Clark
Associate, Senior Hydrologist & Project Manager
Mr. Clark has 20 years experience in water resources engineering, planning and administration in Colorado. He has a B.S. Degree from Colorado State University in Watershed Science, with a concentration in planning and management. He has completed advanced training courses in dispute resolution and consensus-building. Mr. Clark manages various projects related to water supplies, water resources planning, water rights and hydrology. Mr. Clark has worked for several municipal water providers and has extensive experience with water supply planning and management, water acquisitions, reservoir planning, water court activities, intergovernmental relations and contract negotiation. He is a member and Past President of the Colorado Section of the American Water Resources Association. Mr. Clark lives near Parker, CO, with his wife and three children. When not working, he enjoys skiing, boating, camping and the occasional Jimmy Buffet concert.
