Mr. Brogden has over 35 years experience in applied surface and ground water hydrology with state geological surveys, the U.S. Geological Survey and two Denver-area consulting firms, and has authored and co-authored numerous reports and articles. His experience includes project management for regional surface and ground water studies; application of surface and ground water models for water development, water right transfers, and hazardous waste studies; site specific studies to determine potential well yields, and design, inspection of construction and testing of high capacity deep wells; and development of reports to support water rights in water, district and federal courts for water rights matters, ground water conflicts, surface and ground water relationships, and water rights valuations.
